Boost:  Practice gratitude for what you already have, and strive to find inspiration and joy in your life as it is now. The more you are satisfied in the present moment, the more you release resistance to creating something new for yourself.

 

 

Release: Release your desire and go about your day. The more you cling to getting what you want, or worry about whether or not you will get it, the more you block yourself from receiving it.

 

Repeat: Repeat the whole process again, every day, or at least a few times a week.

 

 

Why Your Manifestation Is Not Working

 

Despite your best efforts, sometimes your desired manifestation does not work. If this is the case, one or more of the following is true for you:

 

  • You don’t feel inspired or excited in daily life. Instead, you feel a lack of energy in everything you are doing.
